Can I make changes to my Hearth Family Membership?
Yes! You can contact us using this form if you need to make any updates to your membership, such as updating the card on file, changing the email address on file, or cancelling your membership. Please note the email on file for your membership is the email you purchased with. You can email us to let us know the email you onboarded with, so we can update your membership email to match.
When will I be charged for my Family Membership?
We're currently offering a 30 day free trial to all purchasers, so your first charge occurs 31 days after onboarding.
If you preordered your Display prior to November 2023, your membership payment will begin 3 months from the last day of the month of your ship date. For example, if your Hearth was shipped on September 15, 2023, your first membership payment will be on January 1st, 2023.
Regardless of when you ordered your Display, we'll send you an email before your first charge.
Do you offer annual memberships?
Yes! By opting into our annual membership, you'll save 20%. Reach out if you'd like support switching to this option.
