Activating Your Family Membership
When you create an account during your Hearth setup, you will be asked to activate your Family Membership.
I purchased directly from Hearth
If you purchased directly from www.hearthdisplay.com, your Hearth comes with a membership. You can activate your Hearth by using the Activation Code sent to your purchase email on the day of your purchase, or by creating an account with the same email used to purchase your Hearth Display. This membership includes a free trial which you can cancel at any point after setup.
I purchased from a 3rd party retailer or this was a gift
If your Hearth was a gift or you purchased from a third-party retailer, like Amazon, you will need to purchase a separate Family Membership to complete set up. This membership includes a free trial which you can cancel at any point after setup.

Once you purchase your membership, you will receive an activation code to your purchase email that can be used to activate your membership during your Hearth setup.
Step by set guide to setup your Hearth
Once you’ve gone through the installation steps and setup your wi-fi and timezone, scan the QR code on your Hearth Display to activate your membership and create an account.
If you have not purchased a membership at this point, please purchase a Family Membership and rescan the QR code on your Hearth to create an account. You must have a Family Membership before creating an account.
On the “Activate your Hearth” page, type the activation code that was sent to your email when you purchased your membership.
Once activation has been successful, you will be guided step-by-step to continue setting up your profile and your family.
Upon setting up your family, you will be instructed to download our Companion App. Please use the account details used to create your account to log in. This could be either an email/password combination, or Google Single Sign on.
