Think of Hearth Helper as your in-app supercharger for your family’s calendar that saves you hours a week by uploading images, complicated schedules and quick notes.
Send Hearth Helper any event information you’d like added to your Hearth calendar. You’ll be notified once your event(s) are ready for your review and approval.
Important: Events must be approved in order to appear on your calendar. Any events that are not approved will remain on the approval screen and will not be added to your calendar.
What should I upload to Hearth Helper?
Hearth Helper is great for recurring events, one-off events, or any type of paper calendars. Simply send the event or picture of events, and specify which profile(s) the events are for. For example:
- Printed calendars (school calendars, sports schedules. For example, "Add the fall school calendar items in yellow for Carter")
- Quick things on your mind (for example, "Add soccer practice at 4pm Tuesday, January 24th for Sean")
- Paper invitations (wedding invites, baby showers, etc)
- Digital E-vites to upcoming events
- Doctors appointments
- Screenshots of documents (i.e. PDFs)
What should I NOT send to Hearth Helper?
- The ability to add to Lists and Routines is something we may explore, but is not a feature at this time.
- Hearth Helper cannot edit or delete events once they’ve been approved. Once the events are ready for review and approval, you will be able to make any modifications to the event from the event review screen or from the event when it has been added to your calendar.
- Hearth Helper cannot read calendars or events in formats other than in-body text and images. Links, files such as Word Documents, or Google sheets are not currently compatible with Hearth Helper.
- Simple formats are best - AI isn’t perfect, therefore Hearth Helper cannot guarantee the ability to interpret nonstandard calendar formats.
- Support requests - Hearth Helper uses AI technology to save you hours to info input. If you need any help with your Hearth, reach out to us here.
