Because your account is established during the setup process, the Hearth Companion App is only accessible once you’ve activated your Hearth Display. Keep an eye out for an email with the subject line Preparing For Your Hearth Display Delivery for instructions on how to get set up once your Hearth Display arrives.
Q: My Hearth is set up. How do I get my family on the Companion App?
If you skipped inviting family members during setup, you can invite them at any point to your Hearth family via ‘Manage Family’ in the Companion App. They must first set up their Hearth account via the invitation link in their email – then they’ll be able to log into the Companion App with their own profile.
