If you didn’t add profiles during onboarding, you can add family members at any time by going to your Companion App, navigating to ‘Manage Family’ and adding a profile. Here, you can add adult profiles who will receive an invitation by email to create their Hearth account and join your family. You can also add child profiles, with options to invite them to create an account by email, or to simply add them by name (with no email). From the ‘Manage Family’ page, you will also be able to reorder your family’s profiles to ensure they appear in the correct order on your Hearth Display. Visit our Profile Reordering article to learn more.
