If you have an existing Hearth account, but your Display is showing on a QR code, follow the steps below to log into your existing account.
- Unplug your Display and re-plug it in to generate a new QR code
- Scan the QR code with your cell phone and click “already have an account.”
- Log in using your existing credentials. Once successful, you will see a “Signed in!” screen on your cell phone, and the Display will transition to the calendar screen.
If you see a “Signed in!” screen on your cell phone, but the Display remains on the QR code or a loading screen, please follow the steps below:
- Click the “settings” button at the top-right
- Click “Network & Internet”
- Disconnect your Wifi connection and reconnect. Afterward, attempt to scan the QR code again to sign into your existing Hearth account.
