How to Sign into the Mobile App
Note: In order to log into the Hearth Companion App, you must have an activated Hearth Display and account. If you haven't onboarded to the Display yet, check out our Quickstart Guide here.
If you receive error messages when signing into the Hearth app, and your profile was created using an email and unique password for Hearth:

Request a password reset link by opening the Hearth app, clicking "Continue," and selecting "Forgot your password?"

If you don't receive a password reset email, check your spam folder—these emails come from hello@hearthdisplay.com.
- Note: If you do not receive a password reset email, but your email is linked to Google, you can try signing in using the "Sign in with Google" button instead.
If you receive error messages when signing into the Hearth Companion app and your profile is associated with Google single sign-on:
- Make sure you're using the Google email address that's connected to your Hearth profile.
- If you have any apps that auto-add passwords to your Google account, disable those apps and try signing in again.
