Connecting a Google Calendar

Q: How do I connect my Google Calendar to my Hearth profile?

  1. Open the Hearth companion app and tap the Hearth menu at the top-left

  2. Tap Manage Calendars

  3. Tap Connect Calendars

  4. Tap Google Calendar

  5. Under Choose an account, connect your Google email to your profile

  6. Under Select calendars to sync, select the sub-calendars that should appear on your calendar

  7. Tap Save

Q: How do I connect multiple Google Calendars to my profile?

  1. Open the Hearth companion app and tap the Hearth menu at the top-left
  2. Tap Manage Calendars
  3. Tap Connect Calendars
  4. Under Add New tap Google
  5. Under Choose an account, select the Google email you'd like to connect
  6. Under Select calendars to import, select the sub-calendars that should appear on your calendar

Note: If needed, sub-calendars can be reassigned to other profiles as shown here.

Q: My Google events aren’t appearing! How do I re-sync my calendar?

  1. Tap Manage Calendars
  2. Tap Connect Calendar
  3. Under Connected Google Accounts, tap your Google Calendar email

  4. Tap “Resync”

Q: How do I disconnect a Google Calendar?

  1. Tap Manage Calendars
  2. Tap Connect Calendar
  3. Under Connected Google Accounts, tap your Google Calendar email
  4. Under Select calendars to sync, tap Disconnect Account

Note: If you created your Hearth profile using Google, you will be unable to disconnect the first Google Calendar connected to your profile. However, you can unselect the sub-calendars connected under “Select Calendars to Sync” in the Hearth Companion app.
